Reports out of the U.K. are Oasis is set to announce dates in Las Vegas next year.
The tabloid The Sun has posted that Noel and Liam Gallagher are planning to play multiple dates at Allegiant Stadium in 2027. Quoting unnamed “insiders,” the pub says the band is plotting shows in Europe and North America, with Las Vegas on the map.
Allegiant Stadium and Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts are specified. Allegiant Stadium officials and Live Nation reps have not responded to requests for comment. Live Nation co-produced the band’s “Oasis Live ‘25 Tour.”
The brothers are currently at the Venice Film Festival in Italy for the premiere of the Disney + documentary “Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger.” They skipped the scheduled news conference ahead of the film’s debut.
Noel Gallagher responded to rumors of a ‘27 run during an appearance on Britain’s talkSPORT podcast last week. The 59-year-old musician cryptically referred to a reunion while mentioning there would be no major football (soccer) tournament in the U.K. next summer.
As the rocker told host Andy Goldstein, “Well, let’s put it this way: there’s no football tournament next year, so we’ve got to do something in the summer, right?”
Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, Knebworth, Rome and Shane’s Castle in Northern Ireland are other rumored tour sites.
The “Wonderwall” hitmakers sold out stadiums internationally on “Oasis Live ‘25.” Reportedly, the duo could have sold out SoFi Stadium in L.A. a dozen times. It was their first tour since 2009.
Oasis’ most recent shows in Las Vegas were at House of Blues on Sept. 15, 2005, on the “Don’t Believe the Truth” tour, and at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on May 11, 2001, kicking off the co-headlining “The Tour of Brotherly Love” with The Black Crowes.
The band’s biggest hit, “Wonderwall,” from the 1995 album “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?”, reached the top 10 in 15 countries and is certified eight-times platinum. It is the only song ever in the UK to sell more than 500,000 units in physical, digital and streaming formats.
