Honolulu firefighters quickly extinguished a Kailua house fire this morning
At 6:22 a.m., a 911 caller reported the blaze at a two-store house on Loho Street, according to the Honolulu Fire Department.
HFD sent 10 units with 32 personnel with the first unit arriving at 6:31 a.m. to see flames and smoke coming from the home.
Firefighters began dousing the blaze and searched the house to confirm that no one was inside.
They had the fire extinguished by 6:42 a.m., HFD said.
An HFD investigator will determine the origin and cause of the blaze.
