It’s 1966 once more at Caesars Palace as the Las Vegas Strip casino celebrates its 60th anniversary with food and drink specials inspired by the year (and era) that saw Chevrolet introduce the Camaro, the Beach Boys release “Pet Sounds,” and Gourmet celebrate its 25th anniversary with an elaborate birthday cake on the January cover.
