BLVD complex on the Las Vegas Strip shares details on 4 new restaurants

On the Las Vegas Strip, you cannot live by hyped fast-food burgers alone.

And so it is at BLVD, which recently announced details on four new food and drink concepts at the tri-story mixed-use complex across from the Waldorf Astoria. The details follow the June opening (and social media pandemonium) of the second-largest In-N-Out Burger in the U.S. atop the center.

Openings are planned for the first quarter of 2027, according to a representative for the development.

Tenshou Collection

Neon previously reported on Tenshou Collection, the anchor for the food and drink offerings at BLVD, but the announcement provided new information on the menu, which ranges from sushi, tempura and yakitori to kaiseki dining and high-end Chinese dishes.

Also, as previously shared by Neon, Tenshou will house an outpost of Tokyo’s Bar Centifolia, widely considered one of the finest watering holes in the world. Centifolia is known for its theatrical cocktails, large-format ice cubes shaped with a sword, and the mixological wizardry of bartender-owner Yuzo Komai. The Strip Centifolia will be the fourth in the U.S., after two locations in New York City and one in West Hollywood.

Pepper Lunch

BLVD heads to Tokyo again with Pepper Lunch, a do-it-yourself teppanyaki restaurant where diners cook their own meats and vegetables at the table on hot sizzling plates. A Pepper Lunch was open for about 6 1/2 years in Shanghai Plaza in Chinatown Vegas; that store closed in May.

Pepper Lunch debuted in the Tokyo metropolitan area in 1994; the first U.S. store launched in 2018. Today, the brand has more than 500 shops around the world.

Mothership Coffee Roasters

Since its 2012 debut, emerging from its sibling, Sunset Coffee, Vegas-born Mothership has expanded to five stores across the valley. This expansion tracked the larger growth of specialty coffee in the region. Woman-owned Mothership celebrates the evolving craft of roasting, the ethical and sustainable sourcing of beans and the creation of community.

In 2023, founder and CEO Juanny Romero was the runner-up in the Small Business Person of the Year awards presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration. She traveled to the White House and met with then-Vice President Kamala Harris.

Go Greek

This yogurt bar and café sends out housemade Greek frozen yogurt in standard and seasonal rotating flavors, with more than two dozen topping choices. The menu also features smoothies and sweet and savory Greek bowls. Go Greek has more than 30 open or planned locations across five states, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
