What to know if you’re going to BTS in Las Vegas

BTS week is almost here. The K-pop superstars play Allegiant Stadium on their “Arirang” tour in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, then again on Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28.

OK, now if you’re going to any of the sold-out concerts, here’s what you need to know, according to Allegiant Stadium:

timing

Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m. Showtime is 8 p.m. Parking lots open at 8:30 a.m.

Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive well in advance of showtime to avoid peak congestion. Heavy traffic should be anticipated on all roadways around Allegiant Stadium before and after the event.

entry and security

Fans should review the Allegiant Stadium bag policy and prohibited items list before arriving at the stadium. Allegiant Stadium abides by a strict clear-bag policy. Any bag not complying with the requirements will be denied entry.

All bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and may not exceed 12 by 6 by 12 inches. Small clutch bags, purses or wallets, 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or smaller, will be permitted. Allegiant Stadium offers three bag check locations. There is a $20 nonrefundable charge per bag checked, and payment is cashless. Bag check locations for the BTS shows will open at 10 a.m. on all show days.

prohibited items

There’s a long list linked here, but these are the important ones: aerosol cans, any audio or visual recording device with a lens longer than 6 inches, including GoPro, balloons, offensive signage, laptops, lasers, noisemakers, outside food and beverages, sticks, poles, monopods or selfie sticks, and the usual drugs, weapons, etc.

how to get to Allegiant Stadium

Hacienda Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic and available for pedestrian access from the Las Vegas Strip.

The rideshare drop-off and pickup location is accessible via the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Drive (5285 Dean Martin Drive). Single-event parking passes must be purchased in advance through the SpotHero app.

All guests must access tickets through the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App. Fans are encouraged to download their tickets before arriving at the stadium.

ADA information

All gates at Allegiant Stadium are ADA accessible.

Guests requiring accessible seating assistance on event day may visit the NW 050 Lobby beginning at door opening. Relocations are based on availability and limited to the guest requiring assistance and one companion. Allegiant Stadium offers wheelchair escort services for guests needing assistance to and from seating locations.

Mobility device storage is not available. ADA drop-off is located in Lot B.

Fans looking to purchase official BTS merchandise ahead of the shows can take advantage of dedicated early merchandise locations at Allegiant Stadium beginning Friday, May 22.

Friday, May 22 (non-show day): Lot H, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., parking open a half-hour before and after. Parking passes are not required on non-event days. Stadium campus opens at 8 a.m., and overnight camping is prohibited.

Show days (May 23, 24, 27, 28): Lots H and N, open 9 a.m. until after the show. Parking lots open at 8:30 a.m. Pre-purchased parking passes are required on show days, and parking re-entry won’t be allowed. Stadium campus opens at 8 a.m., and overnight camping is prohibited.
