The Golden Tiki is known for its many shrunken heads, small plates and custom drinks. In order, Mike Love and the Backstreet Boys have been honored among shrunken heads, Hawaiian Mac Salad is a go-to nosh and Don the Beachcomber’s Zombie Punch Bowl is a signature cocktail concoction.
But the tiki haven at 3939 Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown Vegas bounces nightly with live entertainment: Thee Swank Bastards on Mondays, Tony Felicetta as Dino a la Cart (T.F.’s Dean Martin send-up) on Tuesdays, Cora Vette’s adult set list and presentation on Wednesdays, Felicetta’s DJ Tone Def set on Thursdays followed by Skyler Villian at midnight, Cora Vett followed by “Professor” Rex Dart N’ Pals on Fridays, and a Dino-Dart doubleheader starting at 4 p.m. Sundays.
Yacht Rock brunch is noon to 4 p.m. Sundays, meaning you could run a 12-hour shift at The Golden Tiki that day. Just putting it out there.
No cover, 21-and-over, tours of shrunken heads on the house.
