Qargo Coffee, a quickly growing brand that has expanded to seven states and Washington, D.C., since its founding in Florida in 2022, with locations in another six states on the way, recently commenced pouring in Las Vegas.
The new shop, the first in Nevada, is at 3900 Paradise Road, Suite C2, in The Collective center that houses several food and drink businesses, including the new Braseria by EDO and the longtime Marrakech Mediterranean Restaurant.
The beverage side of the Italian-inspired menu features drip coffee, cappuccino, lattes, espressos, a flat white, cold brews, frappes, hot chocolate, tea, energy fresh drinks and energy smoothies. The pastry case puts up croissants, bagels, danish, cakes and cheesecakes. Across breakfast and lunch, more than a dozen sandwiches are offered, including a Caprese al croissant in the morning and a turkey bacon formaggio at lunch.
The design of the new Qargo Coffee encompasses an order counter with colorful lighted menu boards, a mural that riffs on the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign (Welcome to Fabulous Qargo Coffee), a cushioned couch composed of wooden slats that curve like a gentle sine wave, images of international stamps populating a section of one wall and Kimbo Italian coffees arranged in oval cases trimmed in gold.
