An electronic-music superstar and Sphere veteran is filling Kenny Chesney’s dropped dates at the Bulbous Wonder.
“Illenium Presents Odyssey” is set to return to Sphere on July 3-4 (tickets on sale April 24 at Illenium.com). The mind-bending production previously played nine dates, closing April 4.
Chesney, whose presentation is impressive yet unlike Illenium’s, pulled the Independence Day weekend shows from the books last week. The country superstar cited a desire to fulfill holiday traditions with friends and family.
Chesney’s remaining shows on June 19, 20, 24, 26 and 27, and July 1, 8, 10 and 11 are still a go.
Illenium is a distinctive artist in Sphere and has a strong performance history in Las Vegas. The electronic-music powerhouse was the first performer to ever play a ticketed show at Allegiant Stadium in June 2021. The Sphere shows support his latest release, “Odyssey,” issued in February.
