Judy was born in Memphis and died in Memphis but lived in Vermont from 1969 to 2002. She died in February shortly after a stage IV cancer diagnosis. She had hoped to return to Vermont one day. She was a loner and worked different jobs that did not define her, but she learned many different arts that she practiced without fanfare.
