Ouroboros Hot Sauce Launches with a Community-Driven Brunch Event at Jack Rabbit, Buffalo, NY

Buffalo, NY – The official launch of Ouroboros Hot Sauce will take place on April 12, 2025 from 11AM to 2PM, at Jack Rabbit. Founded by local entrepreneurs Todd Eberwine and Kat Horton, Ouroboros Fermented Hot Sauce is crafted in Western New York and known for its bold, small-batch flavors.

Guests at the brunch launch event will enjoy exclusive hot sauce tastings, live music from Aaron Ziolkowski, and special brunch entrées inspired by the Ouroboros line of sauces. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit FeedMore WNY.

In response to the growing issue of food insecurity in Western New York, Ouroboros Hot Sauce and Jack Rabbit have partnered with FeedMore WNY to make the event a charitable effort. For every bottle sold during the launch, one dollar will be donated to the organization. Jack Rabbit will also donate a portion of sales from featured brunch entrees. Guests will also have the opportunity to make additional contributions with their purchases. A raffle featuring local goods will further support the cause, with all proceeds going to FeedMore WNY.

The event is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to attend, taste the heat, and support the cause. The brand’s flagship fermented hot sauces include:

  • Renewal – Louisiana-style fermented hot sauce with Red Fresno peppers
  • Infinite Heat – A blend of Roasted Red Fresno and Habanero with a lingering heat
  • Unity – A medium blend of Poblano, Jalapeño, Pineapple, and Rosemary
  • Dawn State – A hot sauce with Orange Habanero and Mandarin Oranges
