Vesta Coffee Roasters, which brought new energy to specialty coffee in the Arts District when it opened in 2016, then grew to three other Las Vegas locations, has store No. 5 on the way, this time in the southwest.
Owner Jerad Howard revealed the new location in a Monday Instagram post that shows the shop under construction.
“Ten years in and we are starting on store number 5! Ask me back then, I would have never thought,” the post reads. “Super stoked to be spreading the gospel of specialty coffee and tasty treats. Thank you to the day-1 folks, our dedicated team of baristas, bakers, cooks, roasters, management, production, and more! Let’s go! Blue Diamond & Rainbow.”
Howard confirmed for Neon that the new store will be at 7120 Blue Diamond Road, Suite A-100. The original store is on South Casino Center Boulevard, with a roastery on-site, while the store near Summerlin lies on West Sahara Avenue. Durango resort houses two locations, one in the lobby and the other in the food hall.
The menu at Vesta encompasses coffee, espressos, lattes, teas, soup, salads, toasts and baked goods. Vesta also sells bagged coffee and merchandise. Visit vestacoffee.com.
