OpenTable’s top 100 US hotel restaurants include 11 in Las Vegas Valley

Sometimes, the room isn’t the only (or even the primary) reason to check into a hotel. Sometimes, the hotel restaurant becomes a destination in itself, providing a reason to stay or visit apart from room size, thread counts, spa treatments, property design or loyalty points.

OpenTable, the online restaurant reservations platform, recognizes this fact with its recently released list of Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2026. A dozen Nevada hotel restaurants, 11 of them in the Las Vegas Valley, were recognized by OpenTable. That total trails only Florida, with 18 restaurants, and ties Hawaii, also with a dozen.

Restaurants are not numerically ranked. Instead, the list proceeds alphabetically by state, with each state’s restaurants organized alphabetically. The Nevada spots are:

Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood in the M Resort (steakhouse)

Beauty & Essex in The Cosmopolitan (modern American)

Catch in Aria (Asian-inflected steaks and seafood)

Chéri Rooftop in Paris Las Vegas (French)

Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Paris Las Vegas (French)

Gallagher’s Steakhouse in New York-New York (steakhouse)

Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis in Green Valley Ranch (steakhouse)

Javier’s Restaurant in Aria (Mexican)

Lago in Bellagio (Italian)

Oscar’s Steakhouse in the Plaza (steakhouse)

Wolf by Vanderpump in Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe (modern American)

Zuma in The Cosmopolitan (Japanese)

The Top 100 encompasses restaurants from 20 states, plus Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. OpenTable generated the list from dining data and more than 10,000,000 diner reviews. Visit here for the full list.
