A sea of pink washes over the Kia Center as Megan Moroney takes the stage for her Cloud 9 tour. The self-described emo cowgirl is bringing the heartbreak to Orlando with (relatively) old faves like “Tennessee Orange” and the freshly minted No. 1 hit “Beautiful Things.”
Her new album, Cloud 9, shows a shift to an upbeat country sound with potent pop undertones, but still stays true to her traditional heartfelt storytelling. With a stage festooned in pink flowers, Moroney is sure to have you on Cloud 9 as soon as she steps up to the mic.
