Rod Stewart’s “Encore Shows” this weekend at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace have been canceled.
With reps citing doctor’s orders due to a sinus infection, Stewart’s performances on Friday and Saturday have been pulled from the schedule. The official verbiage:
“Following his doctor’s advice, Rod Stewart has regretfully cancelled his performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on May 29 and 30, but is scheduled to return with shows beginning June 2.
“My apologies to my family of fans,” Stewart said. “I am on vocal rest as I recover from a sinus infection. I look forward to seeing you at a future show at Caesars Palace or on tour this summer.”
A message from Ticketmaster starts, “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event.” Refunds are offered on that message.
Tuesday night’s show at Caesars is still listed as scheduled. Many tickets remain for that performance.
Presented by Live Nation Las Vegas, Stewart’s series celebrates his lengthy and successful residency at the Colosseum dating to 2012. He surpassed 200 shows in March 2025.
In June, the 81-year-old rock legend missed several shows, citing illness. He was back in September and October.
Stewart then reset his residency for this year, with dates running from Wednesday — which he performed —through next Wednesday. The “Tonight’s The Night” superstar is still scheduled for Aug. 18-20.
