They Are Gutting a Body of Water played a sold-out Conduit amongst a sea of humanity

They Are Gutting a Body of Water performed a sold-out show at Conduit Friday, following opening acts by Sally Wants and Bill. Propped up on their own eye-level, ad hoc stage in the center of the room like My Bloody Valentine gone Lightning Bolt, TAGBOW whipped up a night of modern shoegaze heaven and anti-elitist artistry, inspiring surprisingly tasteful phone usage from a crowd clustered in close quarters all around the band.
