South Orange Middle School to present ‘My Black is Beautiful!’ at SOPAC

South Orange Middle School will present the 3rd annual “My Black is Beautiful! A Celebration of Black History through the Arts” at the South Orange Performing Arts Center on Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m.

The multifaceted event aims to pay homage to the rich and diverse heritage of Black culture, achievements and contributions.

The celebration will serve as a platform for students to showcase their various artistic expressions, including music, dance, visual arts, and written word. Guest appearances will feature The Tia Holt Experience, The Violin Diva, and Dr. Scott O. Cumberbatch.

Tickets for the celebration start at $20, not including fees, and can be purchased through the SOPAC website.
