5948 Jeff Ave LLC purchased 5948 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News from JD Commercial Property Specialist LLC for $575,000 and plans to lease the 8,500-square-foot office and warehouse property. Kenneth D. Penrose Jr. represented the buyer.

One East Plume in Norfolk sold for $2.2 million to One East Plume Norfolk LLC. Constructed in 1905 on the corner of Granby and Plume streets, the building was originally a hotel and was converted to an office building in the 1980s. The first floor is occupied by Jimmy John’s, while the second and third floors have been converted to luxury apartments. Clark Simpson represented the buyer.

The Arc of Greater Williamsburg purchased 438 McLaws Circle, a 10,000-square-foot office building, from NRK Properties LLC for $1.8 million. Andy Dallas and Bobby Phillips represented the seller. Dawn F. Griggs represented the buyer.
