The Houston Astros and Luis Guillorme have come to an agreement on a minor league deal, according to Brian McTaggart of MLB.com.
The deal includes an invite to spring training.
Guillorme, 30, started last season with the Braves and eventually spent time with the Angels and Diamondbacks before the year was over. Across the three clubs, he it .205 with a .574 OPS, no home runs and 10 RBI over 187 plate appearances.
The utility man was non-tendered by the Mets after the 2023 season, in which he hit 224 with a .615 OPS with one home run and nine RBI in 54 games.
The Mets drafted Guillorme in 2013 and he made his major-league debut in 2018. He played second base, shortstop and third base over the course of his six years in New York.
