Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested Saturday for allegedly violating his probation from his prior domestic violence conviction.
PEOPLE reports the “Home Improvement” alum was taken into police custody in Eugene, Ore.
The 44-year-old’s fiancée, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was also arrested, booked and facing five charges, including one count of driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangering and one count of attempted first-degree assault, PEOPLE reports, citing jail records.
In January, Bryan faced charges of second-degree domestic violence in South Carolina.
Bryan was arrested twice in 2024 on DUI charges.
In 2023, Bryan was charged with fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery and misdemeanor harassment.
Bryan was sentenced to seven days in jail as a result of the felony assault in the fourth degree, constituting domestic violence.
Bryan’s probation sentence does not expire until October 2026, local news outlet KEZI reported.
Bryan is known for his role as Brad Taylor in the ‘90s hit TV show Home Improvement.
