Japanese Rice Master Taro Kiso, who goes by “Onigiri Taro,” will collaborate with Juju chef-owner Lewis Lin on a special kaiseki dinner Oct. 17, 18 and 19 at 6 p.m. Taro will shape piping-hot rice in front of guests in addition to crafting kaiseki-style dishes.
