A dining and event venue is planned to open this fall in downtown Birmingham’s Thomas Jefferson Tower.
Velvet & Vine will be located on the second floor of the historic tower at 1623 2nd Ave. N.
It will feature a ballroom, bar, bistro and outdoor terrace overlooking the city.
Looking to serve as a location for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations, Velvet & Vine will offer fine dining as well as a setting for luxury weddings and upscale events with full-service catering.
Cooper Smith with SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represented the landlord and Jay Halsey with eXp Realty represented the tenant.
