Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and far-right activist Laura Loomer have reignited their beef once again.
Greene, a once staunch ally of President Donald Trump turned critic, tore into Loomer on Tuesday after she claimed that the former congresswoman will “do nothing but attack” Trump in the lead up to the 2026 midterm elections.
“I have to admit I was wrong when I warned Trump and his senior staff to stay away from Laura Loomer,” Greene wrote on X. “Her divisiveness, loyalty tests temper tantrums, Israel First agenda, and her manufactured bulls— she calls loomered have all been great for the party and the President!”
Greene went on to jokingly urge the GOP to make Loomer the chair of the Republican National Committee, before adding that the role is “not enough.”
“Make her White House Chief of Staff!!” Greene said. “How dare President Trump not reward his most loyal worshipper! Literally the self appointed High Priestess of MAGA or MIGA or whatever this thing has mutated into.”
“I can’t believe they haven’t even given Laura the most simple and basic of all things, White House press credentials,” she continued. “This is an outrage!!”
Greene hit back at Loomer — dubbed the president’s “whisperer” — after she claimed that the former GOP lawmaker wants the Republican Party to lose control of Congress during the midterms.
Loomer was responding to a post from Greene, who called it a “badge of honor” to be labeled as a “traitor” by Trump.
While aboard Air Force One late Monday, Trump took aim at Greene after he was asked about his upcoming trip on Thursday to Rome, Georgia, which is part of where she represented before resigning from Congress in January.
“Well, we have a lot of people that want to take Marjorie ‘traitor’ Greene’s place,” the president told reporters. “Many, many candidates, and I have to choose one. And they say whoever I endorse is going to win.”
Greene replied to his remarks on X, saying that she is “not in his cult” and “refused to bow to his demands to cover up the Epstein files to protect his friends.”
“I stopped fighting the hardest for a team that intentionally refuses to win,” Greene added.
During an interview on the “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless” podcast last week, Greene said that the Trump administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files ultimately “pushed” her out of politics.
Greene left office on Jan. 5 following a falling out with Trump on social media and in interviews, with the president decrying her as a “traitor” and threatening to back a primary challenger in her district.
In the interview, Greene said that Trump had lashed out at her as she and three other Republicans signed a discharge petition to trigger a floor vote in the House, which became the first step toward releasing documents tied to Epstein. The Department of Justice has made around 3.5 million pages related to the late convicted sex offender public since December.
Greene also argued that the issue was “the easiest thing” for the GOP to rally around without the help of Democrats, who she claimed “clearly never cared about it until it became a political scoreboard for them.”
“Now, it was mishandled so poorly that here they are, they’re taking victory laps that they don’t even deserve,” she said. “I think it’s been the biggest political miscalculation, but it has also shattered MAGA and caused us to lose the independent vote.”
