The Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium will return for its eighth year Friday, April 24, 2026, at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock.
Registration opens Jan. 12, with discounted early bird tickets available through Feb. 16. Early registrants can purchase general admission tickets or opt into add-ons, including the pre-symposium VIP networking event with wine, food and special guests, as well as post-symposium workshops. Early bird ticket holders also receive priority seating, along with breakfast, snacks, lunch and a conference goodie bag.
The half-day event will feature entrepreneurs, executives and industry experts leading professional development sessions focused on women in the workplace. Newer program elements introduced in 2025, including add-on workshops following the luncheon, will return for 2026.
“The workshops were really well received by participants last year who wanted the opportunity to deep dive into a topic,” says Mandy Richardson, symposium founder, Little Rock Soirée publisher and ABPG consumer division president. “We are continually looking for meaningful ways to engage as we focus on relevant content that supports women in the workplace. The 90-minute workshops really did that, and we’re excited to dive in again.”
Attendees will again be able to customize their schedules through multiple content tracks, along with the popular pre-symposium VIP event slated for April 23. The 2026 symposium also marks the first time SWLS will be held on a Friday.
Keynote speakers, presenters and facilitators will be announced in the coming months. Previous headliners include Candace Doby, Michelle Anne Johnson, Soledad O’Brien, Mia Hamm, Shiza Shahid, Randi Zuckerberg, Rebecca Minkoff, Danielle Weisberg and Carly Zakin.
