Two women were seriously injured this afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Kualakai Parkway and Hoomohala Avenue.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said crews co-responded to the crash at about 3 p.m. Paramedics treated two patients — a 69-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman — and transported both to a hospital for further treatment.
