Episode 4, “Week 5” recap
For those who have been keeping up with this dramatic season of the Bachelor Nation favorite, it might seem shocking that Nicolle, the only remaining Floridian in this year’s cast, didn’t make it to hometowns. Despite what seemed to be a developing connection, Nicolle was among the three women who left at the end of last week’s episode.
Following a short stay at a wellness retreat, Nicolle made waves with the ladies as she revealed to them she was more interested in expanding her fame and opportunities than focusing on developing her connection with Mel further. Despite this admission, Nicolle was left utterly shocked when Mel decided to eliminate her just a week before hometowns. With confusion clouding her judgement, Nicolle left Mel with a few snide remarks before departing.
Along with Nicolle, Cheryl was eliminate by Mel as he did not give her a rose at the ceremony, and Carol decided to withdraw herself from the running during the rose ceremony as she revealed she concluded she and Mel were not a good fit.
