It’s been home to two longstanding restaurants (Ran-Getsu from 2011 to 2016; Teak Neighborhood Grill from 2017 to 2024) and one extremely short-lived concept run by a bunch of wankers who left workers in the lurch when it abruptly closed last December (Jaspers Bar & Grill). But this fall, the ground-floor space at The Village at Lake Lily in Maitland will see Mexican fusion dishes being plated in vibrant digs. Selva Rosa Cocina & Bar will be an “elevated-casual space where people can hang out, enjoy good drinks and have fun,” says Heidy Cuevas, a spokesperson for the restaurant.
