Let’s raise a glass to all the animals (and their caretakers) that make our trips to the zoo amazing each time we go. And while we’re at it, let’s make sure that glass is full of something tasty.
On Thursday, Sept. 11, the Little Rock Zoo will once again host its annual Zoo Brew and Cocktails, Too, a night dedicated to celebrating delicious beverages, food and of course, exotic animals.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste dozens of craft brews and cocktails, which will go perfectly with the live music, activities and local food trucks in attendance.
And because it wouldn’t be a true zoo experience without its main attraction, make sure you spend some time getting to know a few animals from the educational outreach program. (We’ve got our fingers crossed for a penguin visit.)
Proceeds from Zoo Brew and Cocktails, Too go to the Arkansas Zoological Foundation in support of the zoo as it launches a $12 million expansion (more on that here). Tickets are available online or at the door, including a VIP option upgraded food and drinks in the Civitan Pavilion.
