Argenta Vibe Music Series Takes the Stage This Week

There’s more outdoor fun on the calendar just north of the river.

This Saturday, the Argenta Vibe Music Series returns to Argenta Plaza with the sounds of blues and soul. Blues Music Award winner and Grammy-nominated family band Southern Avenue will take the stage, showcasing their message-driven songs through hard-hitting grooves and electrifying guitar.

Genres featured in this year’s lineup include blues, soul, Americana, folk, R&B and bluegrass. The popular four-piece string band Arkansauce has brought their fun bluegrass, newgrass, country and folk energy to Argenta Vibe since its inception, and they will make another return this year in October.

Here’s the full 2025 lineup:

  • April 19 – Southern Avenue
  • June 14 – Appalachian Roadshow
  • Sept. 20 – Pura Coco
  • Oct. 4 – Arkansauce

The free concert series debuted in 2022 and quickly became a favorite, complete with food and drinks on site for purchase. For 2025, organizers are continuing their goal of showcasing diverse local and regional acts. Parents and families are encouraged to bring the kids and enjoy family-friendly activities and a pre-show playlist.

Each show begins at 7:30 p.m. There is no concert planned for July or August due to the heat. Since Argenta is an entertainment district, you can also grab dinner or drinks from a nearby restaurant and bring them to the plaza to enjoy the show.

The Argenta Vibe Music Series is hosted by the Argenta Downtown Council and North Little Rock Tourism.

Follow the district on Facebook and Instagram for neighborhood updates.
