Downtown Little Rock was a veritable pot of gold on Saturday at the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Now in its 24th year, the Irish Cultural Society of Arkansas spectacle made its way through Argenta and the River Market in glittering (and green) fashion. Irish wolfhounds, dancers, leprechauns and a whole lot of locals showed up for the celebration that ended in a Third Street block party.
