Buffalo, NY – [March 7tht, 2025] – Casting Buffalo, the premier casting company in
Western New York founded by casting directors Kyle Mecca, Harry Lipsitz, & Peter
Johnson, is seeking diverse union and non-union background talent (ages 18+) for
the upcoming Hallmark Original Christmas movie, Newport Christmas.
Filming will take place around Erie & Niagara County, from March 17 to April 3, and a
variety of background roles are available, including Christmas formal guests, ballroom
dancers, tuxedoed men, corset wearing women, gilded age reenactors, tourists,
waitstaff, parade spectators, a violin busker, string quartets, Santa Clauses, and
many many more.
