The Jupiter Quartet maintains the tradition of chamber music as a family activity. Sister Meg
& Liz Freivogel serve as violinist and violist and cellist Daniel McDonough is married to Meg.
Since the ensembles founding in 2011, the quartet has won top prizes in all the major
chamber music competitions.
