Many Carroll County Public Schools students rejoiced Monday morning and Sunday evening, before spending Monday frolicking in the snow. Asynchronous instructional snow days are now off the table in the district, according to school system spokesperson Carey Gaddis, as Carroll no longer has laptops assigned to all students in all grades. “Instruction is not taking place today,” Gaddis said in an email. “It is a snow day and we have three days built into the calendar this year.
